We are a 29 bed home with 20 private rooms, providing full care services such as routine in-house doctor visits, restaurant style dining, in-house barber and beauty shop, transportation, restorative therapy service, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

We pride ourselves on individualized resident care, and empower our residents to remain active and involved in facility decisions.  Our staff is trained in providing individualized care to each resident.  We are an alarm free and physical restraint free facility.

Medical Records

We maintain all medical records in-house and are responsible for accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality and security of healthcare information.  You can be assured that we meet all state, federal and HIPAA standards at our organization.

Environmental Services

We work to create a clean and safe environment for our residents, as well as a good work environment for our residents, as well as a good work environment for our healthcare professionals that helps attract and retain staff.

 

Social Services

Kiowa District Manor works to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care.  We work with residents at the manor by identifying psycho-social, mental, and emotional needs, while providing, developing, and aiding in services to meet the needs of each resident.  All services are provided in accordance with Kansas State regulations for Nursing Homes.

 

We also create a comfortable atmosphere through policies and routines that enable our residents to be happy with their home and create independence, individuality and dignity within themselves.  Person-centered care is our top priority.

 

Facility Maintenance

Our facility staff all aspects of building maintenance, including various mechanical, electrical, and alarm systems.  This also performs maintenance tasks and coordinate outside contractors.  Our facility complies with and conducts all state and federal requirements for fire and tornado training and testing to ensure the safety of all residents and staff.
